Overnight oats with blueberries

Ingredients
1/3 cup of organic instant oats (rolled oats work also)
Teaspoon of chia seeds
1/2 cup of almond milk or milk of your choice
1 hanfull of blueberries, fresh or frozen
Method
Place oats, chia seeds and blueberries into a sealable container abd stir to combine
Pour your choice of milk over the oats and chia seeds until just covered
Place the jar in the fridge overnight
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt to add a bit of creaminess
