Overnight oats with blueberries


  • 1/3 cup of organic instant oats (rolled oats work also)

  • Teaspoon of chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or milk of your choice

  • 1 hanfull of blueberries, fresh or frozen


  • Place oats, chia seeds and blueberries into a sealable container abd stir to combine

  • Pour your choice of milk over the oats and chia seeds until just covered

  • Place the jar in the fridge overnight

  • Serve with a dollop of yoghurt to add a bit of creaminess
